Specific operation process
- After receiving the freight forwarder designated by the customer for export, the exporter will contact the designated freight forwarder to book the space, and book the space. If it is CNF or CIF, the exporter will choose the freight forwarder to book the space.
- After receiving the BOOKING from the customer, the designated freight forwarder will contact the customer at the port of destination to confirm the order. If it is CNF, the freight forwarder will verify the price, shipping schedule, etc.
- The designated freight forwarder will fax the "BOOKING CONFIRMATION" to the exporter after the customer's confirmation. The exporter will send the goods to the warehouse at the designated time and place according to the requirements of the warehouse entry power of attorney, and prepare the customs declaration at the same time. The data is sent to the warehouse.
- After the warehouse receives the customs declaration information and goods from the customer, it will arrange customs declaration within the cut-off time.
- After the goods are put into the warehouse and the customs declaration is completed, the customer arranges the bill of lading to replenish the materials to the designated freight forwarder. The designated freight forwarder will check the bill of lading information with the customer and issue a bill
- After the payment is completed, the customer will arrange to receive the original bill of lading after the ship has sailed or arrange to send it to the customer by telegram.
